02. The Custodian Model
The Simulation Company
operates under a custodian-based governance system rather than a traditional top-down leadership model.
Key characteristics of this approach include:
- Cap at 12: In homage to sacred structures (12 apostles, 12 tribes, 12 constellations), the leadership core is hard capped to 12 co-equal founding

at any time—forever. This is a deliberate design choice to preserve integrity, intimacy, and interdependence. - Circular Governance: The traditional board meeting is no longer. Custodians convene in

It may open a door—but custodianship is a sacred trust, not a guarantee. Custodianship cannot be earned through skill, effort, enthusiasm, or capital alone. It is conferred only when the existing circle chooses to give up half their collective equity to receive you as an equal. That decision is rare, deliberate, and final.
That opportunity—if extended—comes with real weight.
Because in this model, ownership isn’t sold to outsiders. It’s gifted to the new.
03. Equity Protocol
In most companies, equity is something you fight over, protect, or withhold. In ours, it’s something you give up—willingly, deliberately, and with full trust. We call this The Disciple Protocol™
.
Each time a new custodian is initiated, the existing members collectively surrender half of their ownership—divided equally to the incoming member/s. This is not dilution. It’s sacrifice. A gesture that says: we believe you are worthy of being our equal. And in this circle, no one rises without everyone choosing to rise with them. It is the clearest expression of trust we have.

At full cap of 12, all members hold 8.333%, perfectly equal. This structure removes the need for external investors, reinforces mutual skin-in-the-game, and allows the company to operate more like a protocol of trust than a corporate vehicle.
